Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kerluxe purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase online.

 

Returning Your Purchase

In order to return an order, simply contact us by email first on returns@kerluxe.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

We will arrange collection of the purchase by courier or we may send you a "free-post" bag to send to a facility in your home country.

Returns may also be mailed to: Kerluxe AG, Seestrasse 59, CH-8703, Erlenbach, Switzerland. However, this must be agreed in advanced by our returns department, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.

 

Shipping

We ship from our facility in Switzerland or Germany.

Our standard delivery method is free of cost and will be dispatched through Deutsche Post or Swiss Post by registered parcel post. You will need to sign for your order on delivery.

Transit times: Europe: 5-7 days, Rest of the world: 7-14 days.

You will receive an email from Kerluxe when your order has been dispatched.

 

For our paid Express service, we use DHL as our designated international courier service. You will recieve a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You will need to sign for your order on delivery.

Transit times: Europe: 1-2 days, Rest of the world: 3-5 days.
