The popularity of braids sees no signs of abating. Textured nomadic varieties that were styled into a loop and looked ever so slightly weathered were seen at Bora Aksu. At Erdem, hair was straight, smooth and neatly plaited from the ear downwards around both sides of the head, and intertwined at the nape of the neck. While at Fydor Golan, a number of models sported cornrows of varying widths, for a cool sporty vibe.

Braids although pretty can cause splitting, weakness, and follicle damage - especially if you opt for a tighter style. Ribbons make for the best hair accessory, especially the silky type, as these are snag free and uber gentle.
